Your neighbors are probably stealing power from you. It’s a duplex right? Seriously, check it out. My whole house wasn’t close to that and I have the kid and the hot tub.
No one is even living there right now.
I live in an apt and I just found out that the hallway light has been being charged to my bill! Sneaky bastards!
