Thelma & Norma – Citibank Commercial

Citibank has put together some great commercials about identity theft in the last couple of years. Their latest, Thelma and Norma, is one of the funniest commercials I’ve ever seen.

I have listened to this commercial several times but I can’t figure out what they are honking. Did the thief buy a truck or what? Otherwise a good entertaining commercial. Does Citibank think its funny when someone gets ripped off?

All of these identity theft commercials do nothing to make me want to have a Citibank card. I can’t hit the mute button fast enough! The Thelma and Norma one is particularly obnoxious.
