  • Last night had a dream I won a stage of the Tour de France. The course was 5 laps around a figure 8 course and was 27 miles long. #
  • My body is really feeling the 300-style workout (after running 2.6 miles of intervals) I did last night. #
  • Busy day getting everything ready for a trip to our Macomb campus tomorrow. #
  • Hopefully the rain holds off. Playing for the championship tonight in our SVSU golf league. #
