Memorial Day “Murph”

Each Memorial Day, CrossFit athletes perform the brutal Hero WOD “Murph” to honor the brave men and women of the United States Armed Forces.

  • 1 Mile Run
  • 100 Pull-ups
  • 200 Push-ups
  • 300 Air Squats
  • 1 Mile Run

Then we enjoy some well-deserved adult beverages and good food.
