Some students have been selected as a test group for Zimbra because our current student email system is horrible. Our CIO refuses to even consider using Gmail Apps for Education.
Send Delayed Emails

Found a service this morning which allows you to use any email client you want to send delayed emails. It’s called LetterMeLater. Sign up for an account, send a message to me@lendmelater.com, and include some info in the body of the message. Your message will be sent at the date and time specified.

Fight Spam, use an anonymous email address at spam.la, from DreamHost. Useful if an email address is required and you never want to receive email from a site.
Gmail Spam

Today I received a spam email at my work address from a Gmail address for the first time. I sure hope Gmail doesn’t turn into a Hotmail or Yahoo.
Gmail and IE Disagree

Accessing Gmail with IE has been pretty slow lately. It appears as if Google hates Internet Exploder just as much as the rest of us.

I’m not sure if there is another person in this world that checks their email as much as I do. Seriously, sometimes I’ll check it less than 5 minutes after the last time I checked. I think I have a problem. Does anyone else do this?
