  1. Hello Nick. Impressive garage! I noticed that you have an Airdyne AD2: Is it a good bike for a home use? I was thinking of getting one for interval training, but I’m a bit undecided between the AD6 and AD2. The 6 seems to cost an awful amount of money and I wonder if it’s worth spending if you’re not going to put it in a gym. Ciao from Italy.

    1. The AD6 has a much harder resistance and neither one has any configuration to change that. Going 100% for 15-30 seconds wipes you out on the AD6, but is much more sustainable on the AD2. I would buy an AD2 again any day over the AD6. You can still get a great workout out of it.
